Hi Cindy! Lucky you to score a much sought after Be Our Guest dining reservation! You'll feel like royalty dining in Beast's Castle! Be Our Guest, like other Disney restaurants, is flexible when you are ordering and they will do what they can to accommodate their guests. Don't be shy to swap out a side order with a different one you see on the menu, ask for a sauce on the side or make other special requests. If it's doable, then they will more than likely do it for you! My daughter and I tend to make substitutions quite regularly and haven't encountered any issues.
