My family is visiting in May. We have already bought the Disney Dining plan. If we want a quick meal at Magic Kingdom what sort of food will be on offer for my daughter who is 1 & isn't included, and my mother who is ceoliac (gluten intolerance)?!

Hi Debbie! Congrats on your upcoming trip to Walt Disney World! I love the Disney Dining Plan (DDP) and buy it each time we visit. I think that it not only saves money, but time and stress as well. The DDP offers one Table Service (TS,) one Quick Service (QS,) and one Snack per person over three years old, per night of your stay. When you visit any of the parks, including Magic Kingdom, if you are looking for a quick meal, you can order from a Quick Service location, such as Pecos Bills, and share the meal with your one-year old daughter. While she is not included on the plan, she is welcome to share with you at any TS restaurant or QS location. You will also receive a bank of snack credits, which you can use for anyone in your party. If you are looking for a quick healthy snack for your daughter, try a pineapple wedge at Aloha Isle in the Magic Kingdom. As far as gluten-free menu items, Walt Disney World does an excellent job accomodating guests with a variety of food allergies and intolerances. You can contact WDW Special Diets at SpecialDiets@DisneyWorld.com for a listing of gluten-free menu items. Also make sure to note your mother's gluten intolerance when making Advanced Dining Reservations (ADRs) by calling 407-WDW-DINE. I hope you have a magical vacation! Magically, Stacy
