    Our family will be visiting in August and we will be eating at counter service restaurants. My 13 y.o. daughter has allergies to wheat, soy, and peanuts. What are the best counter service restaurants for us to dine at?

    What a great question! Having a daughter with a shellfish allergy, I understand how you want to make sure her food is safe.

    Because menu items are always changing at the Walt Disney World Resorts, I am going to have you email the cast members who work on the Special Diets team. You should email them at least 14 days in advance at Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com. 

    This team can help provide a list of select counter service restaurants who can help with finding your daughter will be able to eat and enjoy.

    Also, the table service restaurants are great at accommodating guests and please note your daughter's allergies on any advance dining reservations.
