    Family of 4 are visiting Animal Kingdom on the same day as eating at T-Rex restaurant. What should we allow for travel time from Animal Kingdom to Downtown Disney & what is the best way to get from AK to T-Rex restaurant? Our reservation is @ 4:00. T

    Hi Steve! From the Animal Kingdom, simply hop on a Disney bus to Saratoga Springs Resort. From here, you can either walk or take a boat or a bus to Downtown Disney. This should take about 40 minutes. Be sure to allow for time to walk to the restaurant, as well as connections. Given this, I would be sure to leave the Animal Kingdom no later than 3:00 pm.
