My family visited this year 4th of July week. Considering coming again in November. We purchased the refillable mugs at our resort (Pop Century). I know these mugs are not active now. Is it possible to pay a fee and reactivate? or have to buy new mugs?

Hello there, SteveAnna! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks so much for taking the time to reach back out and allowing us to help you plan another trip to Walt Disney World Resort!

The refillable mugs can be a great way to save money when visiting Walt Disney World Resort! Guests can purchase these refillable mugs at any Disney Resort hotel and receive unlimited drink refills at any Disney Resort hotel for the duration of their stay. As someone that requires a consistent level of caffeine to operate, I love purchasing a refillable mug during my vacations so I have access to the coffee I need to survive my own busy plans!

As someone that travels to Walt Disney World Resort fairly often, I had a similar question to your own! Guests cannot reactive a previously purchased refillable mug so you will need to purchase new refillable mugs during your next trip. That being said, it is possible that a new holiday design will be available if you visit Walt Disney World Resort during the holidays! I actually have quite a few of these special themed refillable mugs and use them as souvenirs from my past trips. This can be a great way to reuse your previously purchased refillable mug and remember all the magic from your past vacations!

I hope this information will assist you as you plan for your future trips to Walt Disney World Resort!
