Hello! My family and I are going to visit Disney world this November. We havent booked yet because I'm hoping they announce an extension to the free dining plan. If they do extend the dates of travel, generally when would they announce this? Thanks!!

Hey Kayla!  I wish I could answer that question, but honestly  we don't know either when promotions will change or even possibly be extended.  Since they just recently released the free dining promotion, I personally wouldn't look for any changes in the very near future.  However, do know that if you book a WDW vacation now for November and a promotion comes out before you leave, you can alter your reservation up to 45 days before departure.  I just recently booked a trip and a resort promo came out after I had booked.  Since it happened 45 days before my travel time I was able to take advantage of the offer.  So my recommendation is go ahead and get your resort booked and then keep your fingers crossed for a possible extension on the free dining plan.
Thanks for the great question, and I hope you'll come back to the Mom's Panel if we can help you with any other travel questions.
