My family two boys 7 & 10 are planning a trip to WDW in April but just cant seem to choose where to stay. I have narrowed my search to three.. The Contemporary, The Beach Club and The Boardwalk. However, after reading some of the Q&A I am more con

Hi Angela! You can't go wrong with any of those three resorts! The Contemporary, the Beach Club, and the Boardwalk are all fantastic!

All three of the resorts you're considering have sizable, luxurious rooms and great locations near the parks. The Contemporary has a great location right next to the Magic Kingdom, and being able to zip in and out of the park on the monorail is super convenient. The resort also has lots of great restaurants, and it's close to the activities and restaurants at the Polynesian and Grand Floridian, which gives you lots of dining options. The Boardwalk and Beach Club are just a short walk or boat ride away from Epcot and Hollywood Studios, two parks that older kids like yours really enjoy. The Boardwalk area has jugglers, magicians, and other street performers at night and the resort has a nice pool with a fun clown slide. However, as a mom of two kids about the same age as yours, I would recommend the Beach Club for your family. In addition to the great proximity to the parks, the Beach Club is home to Stormalong Bay, a mini water-park that has a sandy beach, a whirlpool, a lazy river, and most importantly, a massive water slide. My children love that pool, and I love the bright cheery rooms at the Beach Club as well as being able to walk to Epcot. I think your family would love the Beach Club too!

Your question seems to have been cut off, so if you wanted to ask something else about these resorts, come visit me again here at the Moms Panel! I always love talking Disney with my fellow North Carolina residents!

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
