My family and I have a trip booked for July 13-18, 2021. We will be staying at Old Key West. I read in the past you could make dining reservations 180 days prior. Is this no longer an option?

Welcome to planDisney, Jacqueline! Thank you for stopping by with your question about an upcoming vacation in The Most Magical Place on Earth. You are going to love your stay at Disney’s Old Key West Resort, which channels the laidback vibes of Key West while keeping you in the heart of the magic. From your resort, you will be just a short bus ride away from the shopping, fun, and dining of Disney Springs

One of the things that make Walt Disney World so magical is the fabulous dining options found throughout the theme parks and resorts. You have an excellent dining option right there in your resort, with Olivia’s Café offering up delicious menu items such as Banana Bread French Toast for breakfast and Conch Fritters and Southernmost Buttermilk Chicken for dinner.

All guests may now make dining reservations online up to 60 days in advance. The window for booking dining reservations for your Walt Disney World vacation will open on Saturday, May 14, 2021, around 5:45 a.m. Eastern Standard Time for some restaurants and 6 a.m. Eastern Standard Time for others.

Advance dining reservations are recommended for table-service restaurants. You do have the option to check for walk-up availability at select restaurants on the My Disney Experience mobile app. With the new Disney Park Pass reservation system, it is recommended that you book any in-park dining at a park where you have a Disney Park Pass reservation. I highly recommend that you continue to check the Dining: Know Before You Go page for updates and the latest, up-to-date information for dining experiences.

I hope this information helps you to book some delicious dining reservations for your July vacation when they become available. Please stop back by planDisney any time we can help answer your vacation questions.
