My family is travling to WDW the week of Thanksgiving. We were able to get an ADR to the Wishes Dessert Buffet but it is on the same night that I was able to get a 7:55pm ADR to Chef Mickey's. Would we have time to do both or do I need to cancel one?

    Hi Meredith,

I would recommend you cancel one of your reservations. I've just had a look at the fireworks schedule for the week of Thanksgiving and Wishes is scheduled for 10pm everyday. To get the most out of the dessert buffet you would need to arrive approximately 1 hour before the show to get your seat and start eating! With a 7.55pm dining reservation at Chef Mickey's the earliest you would be back at the Magic Kingdom is 9.30pm and I feel as though you'd have to rush your meal and then also miss out on most of the dessert buffet, plus you'd probably be too full to enjoy the yummy desserts on offer at the buffet.

If possible I would suggest you try and get an earlier dining reservation or book the dessert buffet on a different day!
