My Family and I are travelling to Walt Disney World April 21-30. So my question is, is based on personal experiences, how bad are the crowd levels in Late April, I have heard that it is a great time to go, others say it is very packed. It would help a lot!

    Hi Justin,

The issue with April is that the crowds may vary quite a lot then depending on when the Easter holiday falls. Crowds may be low in April one year, but heavy the next, based on the holiday.

To specifically address this year, I just checked the projected crowd calendar on the independent website touringplans.com. The folks at Touring Plans are statisticians who study historical data to predict park crowd levels. They've ranked the dates of your travel from between a 4 and a 7, on a scale of 1 to 10. The parks won't be empty, but you won't have any crushing crowds either. As long as you hit the parks early, you should have a great experience.

Good luck with your planning. Please let us know if you need additional assistance.
