ChEARs Catherine!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. You share a name with one of my favorite real-life Princesses, so I had to grab your question!
Disney’s Keys to the Kingdom Tour is fantastic! You are going to love learning about all of the hidden Mickeys and inner workings of the Resort. Since it is a five-hour tour, Guests must be 16 yEARs or older, as you will definitely get your steps in! Walt Disney World Resort does not offer babysitting services, but you have a few options.
First - Stay at
Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort, where they have a fantastic kids club! You can drop your son off at Camp Dolphin and enjoy adult-time. While you’re touring the ‘World, he will have a great time with arts, crafts, snacks, and more. Check with
the Resort regarding pricing and operating hours.
Second - Kid’s Nite Out is an independent babysitting service at Walt Disney World Resort. They offer one-on-one babysitting in your hotel room for littles from 6 months to 12 yEARs old. They will read to your son, come up with fun activities, or do arts and crafts. You can find their fee list and contact info
here.
Third - Consider
Disney’s Family Magic Tour, which is an excellent scavenger hunt throughout Magic Kingdom Park! It is approximately two hours and is ideal for your son’s age. Or if you want to play BIG, book the
Ultimate Disney Classics VIP Tour! You will enjoy a curated tour of iconic attractions, including Jungle Cruise, Haunted Mansion, and Peter Pan’s Flight. Most important for you, there are no height restrictions on the attractions, so it is ideally suited for all ages!
Catherine, please don’t hesitate to come back with more questions. I wish you a pixie-dusted vacation.
