Welcome, Shannon!
I recently planned a trip to the Most Magical Place on Earth with my sister, and what we discovered was that although the adult's accounts were linked, we were unable to see plans for the other family's children. When I contacted Guest Services I learned that a
minor's account can only be linked to one adult, so you will not be able to make plans for other minors, even those that are in your
Family & Friends list.
What my family did was to make one master
My Disney Experience account for our group and use it for everyone's tickets. That way, each adult could log in and see our plans and manage our tickets. If this is not an option for you, you could have one adult manage all tickets for the children while keeping the adults separate. Alternatively, each family could log on at 7:00 am to get a boarding pass for
Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance.
To change the children to a different My Disney Experience account you will need to call the friendly Cast Members at (407) 939-5277, and the tech support team should be able to help.
I hope that this gave you a bit of guidance, Shannon. Please come back here if we can help figure out where to play, stay, or dine at Walt Disney World Resort.
See you real soon!
