My family will be travelling on the Disney Dream 3 day cruise over the holidays. Can you tell me what the photo backgrounds will be for family portraits on each of the evenings?

Welcome aboard, Leslie! Your family must be looking forward to setting sail with Captain Mickey for this cruise! Sailing with Disney Cruise Line is always magical, but there is something extra special about cruising during the holidays!

Have you taken a look at the fun festivities in store for you on this Very Merrytime Cruise? We sailed a few weeks ago and my kids loved the Deck the Deck Tropical Holiday Party and King Triton's Tree Lighting Ceremony. A little hint here... arrive early for the tree lighting and maybe one of your kiddos will be chosen to light the tree!

While I can't tell you exactly which backgrounds will be available, as that is subject to change, I can tell you that there should be white, black, and probably "cruise ship at night" as the possible backgrounds. But, the best photos, I believe, are when the photographers set up in front of the huge Christmas tree in the atrium lobby. In addition to that festive photo, there will be pictures on the grand staircase and throughout the lobby with characters in their holiday attire.

I hope those help as you continue planning! Have a wonderful sailing, Leslie!
