Hi! My family of 4 is traveling to WDW in 2 weeks. We are staying at the All Star Sports Resort. My question is, how long of a ride is it using disney transportation to get from the hotel to the parks? Thanks!

    Hi Kristin,

Your family must be so excited to have so few days left before your magical vacation! You are going to love Disney's All Star Sports Resortt for its larger-than-life nods to the world of competative sports.

Using the complementary Disney Bus Transportation is the best way to find your way around Walt Disney World Resort from the All Star Resorts area. You should expect to have between 20 and 30-minutes on the bus to prepare for your "Best Day Ever," or to relax after an incredible day making memories at any of the theme parks or Disney Springs. Our girls have been known to use this time for a perfect little nap between adventures! Of course, you may have up to a 20-minute wait for your bus, so you will want to keep that in mind as you create your schedule.

Hey, did you know that Disney's All Star Movies Resort - like all Walt Disney World Resort Hotels - features Disney Movies Movie's Under the Stars on most evenings, weather permitting? You can pick up a schedule located at the concierge desk or in your check-in packet to see if there is a showing of your favorite movie while you are visiting.  While the weather can be a little fickle in January, often it is absolutely perfect for a light blanket and a relaxing night with the family. You might want to check it out!

I hope this helps!  If you have any other questions, please stop back and visit us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    Wishing you many magical moments,

    Sally
