My family will be traveling to WDW in June. We have a 55 pound 7 year old boy and an 18 month old girl. Will they both fit in a rented double stroller from WDW? I am afraid our 7 year old son will be stuck walking the whole time.

    Hi Adam,

I think you should be okay. The double stroller is a side by side with no divider so there is extra space between the children. While I honestly do not remember how much my princesses weighed at age seven, they both could fit in a double stroller at Disney.

The two parks which will have the most walking is EPCOT and Animal Kingdom. EPCOT is very large and is essentially two parks for the price of one. Animal Kingdom does such a wonderful job of looking rustic that its walking surface is not smooth. There are bricks and bumpy terrain-nothing to worry about but is is more tiring to walk. In addition, there are exhibits which you walk through instead of ride.

You can see the stroller prior to you renting it. I recommend you take a look at it and then determine if it will suit your needs.

    Have a magical day!
