Hello! My family will be traveling to WDW in August and I want to rent a double stroller. Can you prerent the double strollers from WDW or do you have to do that onsite? If you use an offsite company can you take these strollers on the resort bus system

Hi, Brooke! The Walt Disney World Resort parks are quite large and little feet can get very tired chasing after all of that pixie dust! We have rented strollers at the parks and through offsite companies over the years. Doing so is very easy and it is really up to your preferences which one you would rather use.

The double strollers in the parks cannot be reserved ahead of your vacation, but rather once you are in the parks. Currently, the cost $31 per day for the double stroller. You can also save money by getting a length of stay multi-day rental for $27 per day. If you purchase the multi-day rental, it is very important that you save your receipt, as it will have clipped to it the vouchers needed to pick up your stroller each day. If you decide to leave the park during the day, you will need to turn in the stroller. When you return to that same park or even a different park, you can show your receipt to rent a new stroller. Again, save that receipt!

If you need a stroller for more than park use , then I suggest you bring one from home or use one of the local rental companies. Walt Disney World Resort recommends several companies:
    Magic Strollers: 866-866-6177
    Orlando Stroller Rentals: 800-281-0884
    Kingdom Strollers: 407-271-5301
Each company has multiple choices for your little ones. They do deliver and pick up from Bell Services at the Disney resorts. Some of these companies will also deliver to local resorts and hotels. I have rented the City Mini Double and the Mini GT Double multiple times. Both of these collapse easily for transfer to Disney transportation. I actually preferred the Mini GT Double as it was lighter and looked to be more compact when collapsed.

I hope this information helps you as you plan your stroll through the parks, Brooke! Please let us know if you have any further questions.
