Hi, Our family is traveling to Old Key West in November. We are going to order a grocery delivery to stock up on breakfast items, snacks etc.. Do we need to be at the hotel to receive the delivery or, can the food be rec'd by the concierge service? Thx

Hi, Sean!  If you are ordering perishable items, you will need to be at the resort to receive them.  Also, some grocery delivery services require that someone be at the room to accept the groceries when they arrive.  Places like Garden Grocer will give you a time window, so you can go off and enjoy your day, knowing you only have to be back at a certain time to meet your delivery.

If the items are non-perishable, like cereals, granola bars, etc., you can have it delivered and picked up at the front desk.  Again, however, check with the specifics of your delivery service to see if they require you to be there.

    Have a great time!
