Hi Sandra!
I like that you are thinking ahead for your summer sailing on the Disney Dream! Your teens will each have their own Key to the World card and possibly their own charging privileges. When you complete your online check-in, you will have the opportunity to select which Guests will be able to charge on your stateroom account. Usually, one credit card is linked to each stateroom, and all charges are placed on the credit card you choose to connect to your account. I have a few ideas on how to handle your situation because unfortunately, spending limits can't be placed on the cards. Many Guests with teenage aged children allow them charging privileges and discuss before arriving at the terminal how much they will be allowed to spend. It is easy to keep up with your charges because Guest Services will print off a list itemized by cardholder, and this can be done as often as you like. Another suggestion that might work for your crew is setting up a cash only account for your three children. For two-five night sailings, Guests who choose a cash only account will only be allowed to charge up to $300 before charging privileges must be paid off. Once you arrive at the cruise terminal, separate credit cards can also be linked to each Key to the World card so if they have their own credit cards already this might work too.
