My family will be traveling to Disney October 1-8th. We went with the Basic Dining plan. I understand that the plan covers the amount of nights of your stay, which is 7 nights. I need 8 table service meals though. Can i add another night to our plan?

Hi William! October is such a great time of year to visit Walt Disney World! You can experience both the Epcot International Food and Wine Festival and Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party!

The Disney Dining Plan gives you one table-service credit, one quick-service credit, and one snack per person for each night of your stay. Since you're staying 7 nights, each member of the party will have 7 of each credit, which can be used at any time during your stay. You can't purchase an eighth credit without adding an eighth night on your resort stay, which obviously wouldn't be financially feasible. If you want to dine at an additional table-service meal, you're welcome to do so and just pay out-of-pocket for that meal. If you want to add several meals, you may find it worthwhile to upgrade to the Deluxe Dining Plan so you'll have more meal credits.

Come visit us again at the Moms Panel if you have more questions! We'd love to help!
