My family and I are traveling to Art of Animation in September and we are traveling with an infant. How do I get a crib for our room? We booked our room online and I didn't see anywhere where that I could request a crib.

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Sarah! I’m happy to hear you will be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort with your Mouseketeer!

My husband and I have had many adventures with our young girls over the last few years. Our youngest was just 4 months old when she visited for the first time! I can say with first hand experience that the Walt Disney World Resort tries to make all their guests feel comfortable, especially when it comes to the all-important bed time!

Sarah, requesting a complimentary crib or playpen is an easy process. The easiest way to do it is by calling (407) 939-5277 to speak with a Resort Reservation Specialist. They will make a note of your pack ‘n play request on your Disney Resort hotel reservation. You will also have the opportunity to ask them any additional questions about your stay. (I always end up with at least a few more questions once I have a Cast Member on the phone.)

Disney’s Art of Animation Resort is a great place to stay! I bet you and your family will make great use of the always amazing “Big Blue Pool” during your visit this September!

Did you know that complimentary life jackets are available to any and all resort guests at all 25 Walt Disney World Resort hotels? Cast Members at resort pools will be happy to give you as many as you need for your party, all you have to do is ask!

I hope this information is helpful to you! Have a magical visit!
