Our family (total 9 including a baby) are visiting WDW in June for our daughters 9th birthday. I have made several reservations for 8 for dinner and lunches. I did not take into account the baby who is 6mos by then. Do I need to add to plans or show up?

    Hi Josh,

How exciting to be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort for your daughter's 9th birthday!  I personally believe the Walt Disney World Resort is the perfect vacation destination for a birthday celebration.

I would recommend calling Disney Dining at (407) WDW-DINE or (407) 939-3463 to see if the friendly Cast Member can modify your existing Advanced Dining Reservations. Although they can be modified online, I have often had better success over the phone when needing to increase our dining party for an existing Advanced Dining Reservation. The Table-Service restaurants do like to get an accurate head count, which includes infants, so that they have a table available that can accommodate your entire dining party. With that being said, I have been able to previously add a Guest when arriving at a Table-Service restaurant.

I hope this information has been helpful to you. If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to visit us again. I hope your daughter has a magical birthday trip!

    Happy Celebrating,
    Jodie
