Hi Alee,
Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for sailing by with your question. How exciting to have a little sailor on the way! I'm sure you and your family are looking forward to celebrating with a Disney Cruise Line vacation.
For safety purposes, every person aboard the ship counts toward
stateroom occupancy no matter where they sleep. So, your newest addition will make you a party of six, which means a second stateroom or a suite to sleep six is in your future. Usually,
booking two connecting staterooms is more economical than a suite, especially if you choose an Inside or Oceanview Stateroom.
Alee, you can check out the variety of stateroom options by
selecting the ship you would like to sail and then scrolling down to the information about the types of staterooms. When you are ready to book your trip, you can find connecting staterooms on the stateroom map by looking for rooms with symbols that look like door openings.
You can save on packing space and make your vacation easier by
requesting a complimentary Pack 'n Play, high chair and bed rails. These items are limited and granted on a first-come, first-served basis, so make your request when you book your cruise. To make your request, navigate to the
My Reservations page under the Already Booked tab and complete the Special Requests form. Remember to make your requests early!
Let us know if you have more questions about
traveling with little ones; we love to help!
Wishing you many magical memories,
