Ahoy, Monica!
Welcome aboard the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I am super excited to hear that you are going on your very
FIRST Disney cruise! You and your family are going to make some incredible memories together sailing with Captain Mickey to
Mexico. Get ready as there is a whole new world of
pixie dust waiting for you onboard!
If you are unable to find a
Port Adventure in Mexico offered through Disney Cruise Line that suits your family, you can book an independent tour on your own. A quick internet search for adventures at each port will help you find what is available.
I would also encourage you to continue to check back for the availability of
Port Adventures offered through Disney Cruise Line as your sail date approaches. Guests may change their plans and you may find reservations available after your initial search when your advance booking window opens. You can also visit the Port Adventures Desk once onboard to see what they may have available at the time you sail or any recommendations they may have for you at each port.
When possible, I always recommend you book your Port Adventures through Disney Cruise Line. In the event your Port Adventure is cancelled or late, Captain Mickey takes care of everything for you including refunds and holding the ship if these things happen. You never have to worry!
Your pirates-in-training are always welcome to enjoy time in the
youth clubs if you find a Port Adventure you would like to enjoy that may not be age appropriate for them. The youth counselors will help keep them busy while you go explore!
Dock your ship back at the Disney Parks Moms Panel if you have any additional questions before you set sail, Monica!
"Sea" ya real soon! Angie
