If we have family staying with us at Saratoga Springs for part of the trip and then going to The Grand Floridian for the second portion of their trip, will they be able to take free transportation to the other hotel?

    Hi Alicia!

I'm excited to hear you are able to share your Walt Disney World vacation experience with your extended family! I hope you all have a wonderful experience together.

When doing a split-stay (a vacation where you spend time at two or more resorts), you are welcome to use the complimentary transportation options. The easiest way to do a split stay is to arrange for Bell Services at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort to pick up luggage before they head out to the theme parks for the day. Simply let them know that they will be checking into Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa later that day. Bell Services will arrange for all of the luggage to be transported to the new resort and have it held there. Once they check-in, they can call Bell Services and have the luggage delivered right to their room. Super easy!

One great tip for the family members staying at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa is to schedule the Magic Kingdom visit for this portion of your stay. That way you'll be just a quick monorail or boat ride away!

I hope you have a magical vacation!
