Our family is will be staying 4 the 1st time in the Cabins at Ft Wilderness! I have 2 questions: We are flying so I'm having some groceries delivered. Is there coffee provided by Disney 4 the coffee pot? Are there any Easter events at Ft. Wilderness?

    Welcome Home Leslie!

It sounds like you have a fantastic vacation coming up! The Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort are the perfect combination of rustic elegance and magical convenience. They sit amongst 750 acres of forest, with a living room, full bedroom and bathroom, patio (complete with grill!), and kitchen in each of the hideaways.

One of the best amenities is the 12 cup drip-style coffee maker that comes with a complimentary bag of Joffrey’s Coffee. Mousekeeping will happily replenish the coffee as well as cream and sugar daily. Since you are planning on delivering groceries to the cabin, I would include your favorite brand of coffee and filters with your order. There are several options for grocery delivery including Garden Grocer, Amazon Prime Now and Instacart.

As for Easter celebrations at your Resort, Mr. & Mrs. Easter Bunny’s schedule has not sprung yet, but Disney Parks Blog will be the first place to announce all the hoppy happenings. Based on last year’s springtime celebrations, you are sure in for a treat! Most of the Resorts hosted Easter-related activities including Egg Hunt/Candy Scrambles and Character Greetings. We were at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge last year, and on top of a fabulous hunt, my kiddos got to meet THE Bunny and make pop art with paint-filled eggs. The campsites at your Resort are notorious for the residents going all out for the holidays, so make sure to take a stroll through the egg-stravaganza.

If you have any other questions, please hop on back, in the meantime, I wish you an eggs-cellent vacation!
