My family and I will be staying at POR in April. We arrive at to MCO at 8am. We only have carry on luggage. What can we do with our luggage once we arrive at the resort? We would like to go to a park. Will they hold our bags until our room is ready?

Hi, Nicole!  They will absolutely keep your bags at bell services once you have arrived and checked in at your resort.  You can check in at the front desk, and you can pick up any theme park tickets or other information you might have waiting for you, check in at bell services, and be on your way!

I love knowing that even if my room isn't ready, I can begin the magic of my vacation as soon as I arrive!  After months of planning, my kids are usually raring to go as soon as we get off of the plane!

    Have a wonderful vacation!
