Hi Paul! Welcome to planDisney. We're happy you're here!
I'm so excited to hear that you're making plans to visit
Walt Disney World Resort this fall! This is one of my favorite times of year to visit and you're sure to find magic around every corner. Be sure to pack your spooky best if you plan on purchasing tickets to
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, and don't forget to check out the global marketplaces featured during the
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival! But before we can get you into the parks, let's talk about the bus schedule.
When staying at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel, Guests will be able to enjoy some
special resort benefits – such as
Early Theme Park Entry! That means that since you'll be staying at
Disney's Pop Century Resort, you'll be able to enter the parks 30 minutes prior to the official opening time.
Complimentary bus transportation will be running
approximately 45 minutes to one hour prior to the park's opening time. For example, if Magic Kingdom Park opens at 9:00 AM and Early Theme Park Entry is at 8:30 AM, then the buses should begin running between 7:30 - 7:45 AM. Just make sure you keep an eye on the
Hours & Events Calendar, especially the week leading up to your trip. I like to be at the bus stop an hour before (or even slightly before that) so I can be sure to get on the first bus that arrives! While you should have plenty of time to make it to your reservation, you also have the option to use a ride-share service if you want to have more control over the time you leave your resort. You could even select a
Minnie Van through the Lyft app if you'd like an extra sprinkle of magic (which would be my recommendation)!
I hope I was able to point you in the right direction today, Paul! If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to write to us again. We're happy to help!
You've got a friend in me,
Michelle
