    My family and I are staying at the Polynesian resort in May and have chosen a garden view room. Do all rooms have patios? Is it possible to request a specific building that has the best views for garden rooms and if so, what would you recommend?

    What a great resort choice you've made! The Polynesian is wonderful! We love the Volcano pool & slide and the press pot of coffee at Kona Cafe.

    All of the longhouses at the Polynesian have three levels with the rooms on the bottom floor having patios. Most of the second floor rooms do not have balconies. However, all of the third floor rooms do have balconies. If a patio or balcony is important to your family, I would ask to have this request added to your room reservation. While room requests are not guaranteed, it never hurts to ask!

    Two of the most popular longhouses for garden view rooms are Samoa and Fiji. With both of these, you may even get a glimpse of the pool or boats.
