    Family is staying at OKW and my boyfriend and I are at SS, at OKW they are hoping to be close to a pool and bus stop but want a view of the golf course and water. At SS i would really love a view of DD but still be close to amenities. Is this possible? Thx

    Hi Alex,

    Anything is possible at the Walt Disney World Resorts. I recommend that you and the family member whose name is listed on the reservation at Old Key West to call each resort about seven days prior to check in.

    You should ask for the room's manager to make a request of the rooms you want. This can be noted in your reservation, and if it is available, Disney will try to honor your requests. However, be aware this might mean paying for an upgraded room to make your wish come true.

    The phone number for Saratoga Springs is 407-827-1100. You should ask for Building 16 because it is the closest to the amenities with a view of Downtown Disney. The number for Old Key West is 407-827-7700. They should ask for Buildings 19 or 20 which are by a bus stop and smaller pool.
