    My family and I will be staying 5 nights 6 full days. We have the meal plan for our visit, but I understand it only covers the number of nights of our stay. Can I purchase an additional day for the last day we are at Disney?

    Hi Bob! Thanks for the great question. The Disney Dining Plan can only be purchased for the number of nights you are staying. For your family, that will mean five nights worth of dining credits. These credits are valid until midnight on your checkout day, so you'll have your full sixth day to use them. By the sounds of it, you will probably be having more meals than you have credits. In this case, I would check out the menus of the restaurants where you think you'll be dining, find the least expensive ones, and pay out of pocket for those. Breakfasts and lunches are usually cheaper, and I have found this works well. I usually check out the AllEars (dot net) website, where current menus with prices are listed.
