My family will be staying at the GF late Sept. and we booked the theme park view room. I have read that some rooms are better views then others and some rooms have a partially blocking view. Is there better floors or rooms that are better? Can we request

    Hi Margaret,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  Congratulations on your upcoming stay at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.  You're going to absolutely love the Victorian seaside feel of the resort, the fantastic service and amenities, and the proximity to Magic Kingdom.

A Theme Park View room will give you a nice view of Magic Kingdom, though you're right that some rooms give a better view of Cinderella Castle than others.  I'd recommend requesting the Boca Chica building and a higher floor for the best view.  You can just call and add this request to your resort reservation.  I'd also recommend mentioning the request again at check-in.  The resort will do their best to accommodate requests for specific buildings or locations, but just keep in mind that assignments are always subject to availability and can't be guaranteed.

Wishing you a most magical vacation, Margaret.  If we can help answer any other questions, please stop back by anytime.
