My family is staying at Fort Wilderness in February 2020. We have a couple of ADRs that begin before park openings throughout our stay. Will Disney transportation likely be available or will we have to find alternate forms of transport? Thanks!

Hi Katie!  Thank you for bringing another great question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I'm glad to hear you already have your breakfast reservations in place for your February visit.  Pre-park opening meals are a great way to extend a very magical day!

Officially, Walt Disney World theme park bus transportation begins approximately 45 minutes prior to park open.  In my experience, transportation actually begins operating much earlier than that.  Many guests enjoy dining prior to park open and rely on Disney transportation to get there.  I would plan to be at your resort's bus stop or boat dock about an hour prior to your reservation time.  You might also want to check with your resort's front desk the night before your breakfast as to your best transportation option.

Did you know you can check bus wait times in the My Disney Experience mobile app?  This feature becomes available in the app during your stay.

Another option would be to try Disney's Minnie Van service.  These cute polka-dotted vehicles begin service at 6:30 am, and can be requested through the Lyft app.  Of course you can also use a rideshare service such as Uber or Lyft.

I hope that helps!  Please let us know if you have any additional questions.

    Enjoy your stay!
