My family and I are staying at Disney’s Art of Animation Reaort in a few weeks and I’m concerned that I’ll have the same issue I always have at hotels where the pillows are too soft. Can the resort accommodate a request for firm pillows?

Heigh-Ho Matthew,

Preparing to travel to your Home Away from Home and knowing what to expect in regards to slumbering comfort is understandable.

Walt Disney World has gone above and beyond in providing all Disney Resorts Collection hotel rooms with mattresses, pillows and linens sure to make your sleep one worthy of a Dream Come True. At the moment the only pillows provided to Guests are the Sahara Nights made by Sobel Westex. While each Guest has their own idea of soft I felt these were not too soft and not too firm but just right.

I hope this helps and aids in a restful knowing of what to expect. For any further curiouser and curiouser inquiries feel free to ask and may your upcoming stay be filled with many magical and memorable moments.
