Mom and Daughter at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort Room

    My family is staying for 5 days/nocs. Do you recommend go to each park once and spend one day at pool? Or, go to parks each day and swim before/after? Kids are 13, 7 and 5. Also, what fireworks and parade and fireworks you like best?

    Hi Melinda!

    Congratulations on your upcoming trip to Walt Disney World (WDW)! My personal preference is to spend the entire day at the park and then take one day off in the middle of our vacation to enjoy the resort, pool and Disney Springs. if you spend the full day at the park then you can maximize your time at the park and enjoying all of the attractions. Also, since spending the full day at the park can be fun, but also take a lot of energy, it is nice to have a full day to relax and enjoy the pools and take a break from the park. During out last vacation we also spent a 1/2 day in Animal Kingdom and then went to the pool that night. 

    My favorite fireworks show is Wishes at Magic Kingdom. There is also a fun Ferrytale Wishes: A Fireworks Dessert Cruise, which is great for watching fireworks and enjoy delicious desserts! I also love the Electrical Parade at Magic Kingdom. Make sure to grab a seat early to get a great viewing of the parade. I like to sit near Town Square at the front of Magic Kingdom for the parade. It's also a great spot for viewing Wishes.
