Hi Rachel!
I absolutely love
Coronado Springs Resort! Between the shimmering lake, choice of three pools, La Vida Health Club and hammocks swinging on the beach, this resort is filled with amenities and scenic views.
Pepper Market, which is the quick service dining experience at the resort, is tasty and budget-friendly. We ate dinner and breakfast at the Pepper Market and were quite pleased with the selection.
On the last day of our stay, we ate breakfast at the Pepper Market and my kids loved the Mickey Mouse shaped waffles, which came with grapes and milk. My husband ordered a huge southwestern omelet and I had a fresh fruit plate. The prices are quite reasonable and the food is good. You can see the full breakfast menu at allears dot net to review the current pricing. Pepper Market feels like a cross between a table service and quick service location because you get to sit at a table and someone will come by to take your drink order, but then you go to the various stations to pick up your meal.
If you are looking for a traditional table-service breakfast, consider the "family-style" breakfast feast at 'Ohana. 'Ohana has a delicious breakfast with their famous Pua's (pork) and more, and you get to eat with Lilo and Stitch!
Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.
Magically,
Stacy
