Hi Fran!
Your trip is just around the corner! I hope you are getting excited as you put the finishing touches on your plans. Since I enjoy working some resort activities into my trip itinerary, I have been known to go searching for the Recreation Calendars as well.
At this time, Disney is not publishing the Recreation Calendars online. Several outside sites try to post them for Guests like us who just need to know! I recommend opening your favorite browser and search “Walt Disney World Resort Recreation Calendars July 2019” for the best results. The Orlando Park News often has these calendars up regularly. Do know, however, that while unlikely, these calendars can change and events may not be available.
This month,
Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort offers
Movies Under the Stars on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Arrive a little early to the Dig Site and you can roast marshmallows around the campfire. Afternoons will feature games and activities at
The Lost City of Cibola Pool. New just this week, join around the Gran Destino Firepit on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Fridays for live storytelling!
Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, also offers fun activities each day at The Big Blue Pool. While Guests of other resorts are welcome to visit, shop, and dine, know that access to Disney’s Art of Animation pool is restricted to Guests of that resort.
I hope you have a wonderful stay at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. If you will be heading to the pool area for the activities, I recommend relaxing with a snack or beverage from
Siestas Cantina and rest your weary legs in the huge hot tub! After a busy morning in the parks, that’s my favorite place to be.
Have a magical trip!
