    My family and I are staying at the Animal Kingdom lodge,In August this year, we would like to book a dining expreience at Hoop de doo for one of the evenings during our stay. We have used the internet booking site which does not allow us to book. Help !

    While it is great to use the online booking, you might have to call in to get this one. I know this can be a pain of you are outside the United States, but to get that reservation it might be what you need to do.

    What I would recommend is to keep trying to book via the website, but call the Advanced Dining Reservation phone number (407) WDW-DINE or (407) 939-3463 as well to book the room. Inform them IMMEDIATELY when they answer that you are calling internationally and that you just want to book this one meal. That way they will move you quickly to the reservation taking.

    Secondly, make sure to call in the late morning or afternoon hours for the East Coast of the United States. If you call in while it is the first hour or two of the day (7 am - 9 am) for these operators, they will be busy with all those people calling 180 days out for ALL their reservations.
