Greetings, Izabella, and welcome to planDisney! You'll arrive at the
Most Magical Place on Earth any minute, so I'm sending pixie dust for a fabulous visit. My family ordered groceries for our most recent visit, so let's look at how the process typically works at Disney Resort Hotels.
Bell Services at
Disney's All-Star Music Resort will gladly accept and store your order until you arrive. I try to choose a delivery window as close to my arrival time as possible, and I always include my name and the confirmation number associated with my hotel reservation. Most delivery services have a "Notes" section during check-out, so I try to add any specific instructions there. Most local delivery drivers are familiar with taking items to Disney resorts, so you should be in good hands!
Remember that items requiring a photo ID can't be left with Bell Services, so you'll need to be present to meet the delivery driver if you've ordered alcoholic beverages, for example. My final tip is to include a mobile number your driver can text or call if they have any questions or issues with delivery.
Once you arrive "home" and check in, you can pick up your items from the Bell Services podium near your resort's lobby at no charge; if you prefer to have them delivered, just let Bell Services know. There's typically a fee for delivery to your room, and availability is subject to change if they're busy.
I hope your family takes advantage of
Early Theme Park Entry during your vacation. Guests staying at Disney Resort Hotels can enter any theme park 30 minutes before the park opens to the public. My family loves the lower crowds and cool morning weather. My tip is to snap some photos at Cinderella Castle at
Magic Kingdom Park early so other guests won't be in your photos!
Izabella, I'm wishing on a star that you'll make magical memories on this trip. Please
