Hi there! My family just spent thanksgiving at Disney World, and I’m coming back solo for a conference in Feb. I’ve heard about conference tickets, arriving after 2pm I believe? Is this a real thing?

    Hey there, Victoria!

How exciting is it to be able to visit The Most Magical Place on Earth twice in such a short span of time? February is such a fabulous time to visit. The crowds tend to be a little lower than peak season, and the weather is wonderful. Even if it is a little chilly the pools are always heated to a perfect 80 degrees, so you will be able to get some downtime of your own to relax and recoup.

Victoria, the last time that I was at a conference at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, we were offered some discounted tickets with some conditions attached. One of these tickets was an afternoon entry ticket to EPCOT that was available at a discounted rate.

Any discounted tickets will be arranged by the organization hosting the conference. They will be able to either sell you the tickets directly or provide you with a special code to use when you call.

So, Victoria, while you may be eligible for some awesome offers, it will entirely depend on what your conference arranged with Walt Disney World Resort. I recommend that you reach out to your conference sponsors to hEAR all about the details.

Enjoy your conference and we will see you real soon!
