Family of 4, son 10 and daughter 7. This is our first Disney trip and we are not staying at Disney. Is there a cost using Disney transport to go from MK to Polynesian for the aloha dinner? Also to use the boat from MK to campground for dinner shows?

Hi James! How exciting to be planning your family's first Disney trip!

You do not have to be staying at a Walt Disney World resort in order to use Disney transportation, and there is no charge to ride the buses, boats, and monorails.

To travel from the Magic Kingdom park to the Spirit of Aloha dinner at the Polynesian resort, you can take the resort monorail or boat.  To travel to Fort Wilderness from the Magic Kingdom, the boat is your best option.

Hope you have a magical first trip!
