My family of 4 share a My Disney Experience account. My husband is an annual passholder, the rest of us are not. How can we book a room only passholder discount using MDE? It won't let me do it.

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms, Sherri! Although I'm obviously a huge Disney fan, I also adore the quirky humor of Dr. Seuss, and long ago I taped up one of his quotes in my office: "Sometimes the questions are complicated, and the answers are simple." I think those words are very applicable in this case, and I have an easy peasy solution to your situation!

What I am suspecting is occurring here is that you are the primary account holder of your family's My Disney Experience account, and your husband is being managed by you. Since your husband is the Annual Passholder, this would explain why you are unable to book your Room Only reservation online. I suggest speaking with a Reservations agent at (407) 939-1936 who can make the booking for you over the phone.

Depending on your intended travel dates, there are some fantastic Passholder deals up for grabs, including discounts on rooms at select Walt Disney World Resort Hotels in early 2020. Being an Annual Passholder myself, I like to bookmark the Special Offers page on my computer, and I check it often; this is how I got my Room Only Discount at Gran Destino Tower at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort for our upcoming wedding anniversary getaway! A penny saved is a penny earned, and if you're like me, I like to put those pennies towards my next Walt Disney World trip!

I hope this advice works, Sherri! See ya' real soon!
