Hi, my family and I are scheduled to set sail on October 30th. Do you know if the ship will have an event for Halloween and should my children bring their costumes?

    Hi Phyllis,

What a fun time to be on the Disney Cruise! I hope you have a spooktacular vacation!

Since I was not sure about what Disney does on their cruise ships for Halloween, I talked to my fellow mom and resident cruise expert, Andi. This is what she said:

Trick-or-Treat Trail: Young guests can participate in trick-or-treating on multiple decks of the ships to collect candy from various stations.

Haunted Parties: Families can gather at the Goofy Pool for a fun-filled costume party with Disney Characters as well. For adults, the adult lounges will have fun parties as well with extra "spook". There are costume contests as well so plan accordingly.

Spooky Movies: Shown in the theatre, by the pool and in the staterooms, guests will experience Halloween everywhere.

Ghoulish Delights: Disney chefs will conjure up "Witches Brew" along with pumpkin filled chocolate cake and even edible spider cakes:)

So pack your costumes and enjoy a hauntingly good time!
