My family will be sailing on the Wonder in the summer of 2015 to Alaska and have had some trouble clarifying whether a pirate night is scheduled or if changes have been made to replace it with a different activity?

Welcome aboard, Terry! Congratulations on booking your Alaskan cruise with Disney Cruise Line for next summer! What a beautiful sailing you'll have, as it really is a beautiful part of our world up there, and one of the best ways to see it is by ship because you'll be up close to those stunning icebergs. Sailing through Tracy Arm is just amazing! I love that even the Youth Clubs set up on-deck spaces during the day-long cruise through Tracy Arm, so no one misses out on the scenery!

While events are always subject to change, on Disney's Alaskan sailings, Pirate Night is replaced with the Pixar Pals Party. You're lucky because this event is only available on Alaskan cruises! This is the only place Disney Cruise Line guests get to see some of these Pixar characters! You'll get to sing and dance with, and get photos and autographs with lots of your favorite Disney Pixar characters in the atrium one night. It's a great party! You'll even get to enjoy a Toy Story-themed dinner menu in the restaurants that night. Many kids dress up as their favorite Disney Pixar characters for this night, and you will even see some entire families in costume!

Have fun planning your Alaskan cruise, Terry!
