Your
My Disney Experience and
mobile app is your vacation hub. Here Guests can see their Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservation, update/upgrade/change their Walt Disney World tickets, modify/cancel Disney Park Pass reservations, use the new
Disney MagicMobile service, make mobile food orders, check the latest attraction wait times, do some mobile shopping, reserve dining reservation and that’s just a tidbit of what this handy-dandy tool will do for you. Become comfortable navigating this pixie-dusted feature before you arrive.
Right now, let’s reassign your Walt Disney World ticket through your My Disney Experience web account.
1. Sign in to your My Disney Experience Account
2. Select My Plans
3. Scroll Down to My Plans, Reservation and Tickets
4. Choose Tickets & Memory Maker
5. Find the ticket you wish to Reassign
6. On the Right-Hand side of that specific ticket,
reassign by choosing the Guest or Add a Guest
Once this is done you will need to make a Disney Park Pass reservation for the new Guest. If you are having difficulty, call (407) 566-4985 to speak to a Cast Member or your mobile app has a Chat with Us feature. Tap on the menu button in the lower right-hand corner and scroll down to find the feature.
