My family has reservations for next month and we are planning on getting LLMP. However, I recently injured my knee and may need a wheelchair. I know several rides have LRTs. How exactly would that work with LLMP?

Welcome back to planDisney, Jessica! I’m really glad you reached out with this question. Making sure every Guest feels comfortable, supported, and confident during their visit to the Disneyland Resort is incredibly important, especially when mobility needs come into play. I’m happy to explain how Lightning Lane Multi Pass works alongside Location Return Times (LRTs) so you can plan ahead with ease.

As you know, Location Return Times are designed to assist Guests who use mobility devices or have physical limitations that make navigating certain attraction queues difficult. If you arrive at an attraction that offers a Location Return Time, the Cast Member will assign you a return time comparable to the current standby wait and provide clear instructions on where to return. When your return time arrives, you’ll be directed to an alternate entrance that best accommodates your needs.

At Disney California Adventure Park, attractions do not currently offer Location Return Times. In that park, Guests using Lightning Lane Multi Pass will return with their party during their Lightning Lane window and enter through the Lightning Lane queue, which is designed to be accessible.

At Disneyland Park, many attractions that offer Location Return Times are not part of Lightning Lane Multi Pass. For those attractions, you would use the standard LRT process by speaking with a Cast Member at the attraction entrance and returning at your assigned time.

There are three attractions at Disneyland that both offer Location Return Times and are included with Lightning Lane Multi Pass: Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Indiana Jones Adventure, and Space Mountain. For these attractions, you would first book your Lightning Lane return time in the Disneyland app as usual. When your return window opens, head to the attraction and let a Cast Member know about your mobility needs. They’ll guide you to the entrance that best suits your situation, ensuring you can enjoy the attraction comfortably alongside your family.

I hope this helps you feel prepared and confident as you plan for your upcoming visit, Jessica. If any other questions come up as you get closer to your trip, please don’t hesitate to stop by planDisney again. We’re always delighted to help you plan your Disneyland adventures.

Wishing you a visit filled with comfort, care, and magical moments,
    David
