I am so sorry to hear your MagicBand arrived without the Annual Passholder slider. I know it is a little thing, but it is nice to have that extra little bit of pixie dust to wear on your wrist. I just spoke with a helpful Cast Member at the dedicated V.I.PASSHOLDER SUPPORT help line, (407)-WDW-PASS or (407) 939-7277, who confirmed for me the Passholder MagicBand sliders are currently out of stock. A new shipment is due in at the end of this month (March 2019). As soon as they arrive, they will begin to be mailed out to those who did not receive a slider. I was assured Passholders do not need to do anything in order to receive their sliders; a record has been kept of which guests have not received theirs yet. Keep in mind it will probably take several weeks to catch up with the backlog. I would say if you have not received your slider by the end of May, give the Annual Passholder help line a call or use the
Annual Passholder Help Form to email the dedicated Help Team. Hopefully your MagicBand slider will arrive soon.
In the meantime, be sure to take advantage of all the

Annual Passholders.
