    My family and I are Premium passholders and due for DVC renewal in July. We have never received a passholder discount card. How to you obtain? Thanks

    We are also Walt Disney World Annual Passholders, and I do appreciate the discounts that come with it, especially on merchandise.  I have a few ideas to help you out so you can make the most of your passes.

    First, is it possible that you received your Passholder discount card and did not know it? If you were shipped a set of Magic Bands for your Annual Passes, you might have received the card hidden in the bottom of the box. If you have a set of Magic Bands that came in the blue Passholder box with Mickey on it, discount cards were sent in those boxes. If you received the white Mrs. Incredible style box that comes with a resort stay, then the card would not be in that type of box. 

    When you activated your Magic Bands at Guest Relations before their first use, you should have been given a plastic card version of your Annual Pass for adults, called a Passholder card. If you have this Passholder card, even thought it is technically the pass and not the discount card, you can still show that version of your Annual Pass plus a Photo ID to receive your discounts. If you don’t have a plastic card version of your Annual Pass, nor the discount card hidden in a Magic Band box, you can simply visit any ticket window at a Walt Disney World Theme Park or at Guest Relations at Downtown Disney to request a replacement. You will be required to present a Photo ID to receive your replacement Passholder card or discount card.
