My family plans on going to Epcot on a day of early magic hours, 8am. Does the International Gateway entrance open for early magic hours? Plan on taking gondola from Art of Animation in hopes of getting to Elsa meet & greet at 8am before the lines.

Hello there, Lisa! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks so much for taking the time to stop back by and ask another wonderful Walt Disney World Resort vacation question!

Extra Magic Hours are available to any Guests staying at a Disney Resort hotel and other participating hotels! These special hours allow Guests to enter one participating theme park either before or after standard operating hours for even more fun. This can be a great way to maximize your time in the parks and squeeze in some additional attractions!

This is also a great way to meet popular Disney Characters such as Anna and Elsa at the Royal Sommerhus! You will be happy to know that both entrances open at the same time at Epcot so you and your family should have no problem entering from the International Gateway. Certain portions of the World Showcase are "roped off" during the early morning but this should not present an issue with you and your family walking to Anna and Elsa's Royal Sommerhus!

This means that you will also have the opportunity to experience the brand-new Disney Skyliner and travel in style to your day at Epcot! The Disney Skyliner takes Guests on an aerial tour of Walt Disney World Resort and connects many different Disney Resort hotels to both Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios.

I hope you and your family have a magical visit to Walt Disney World Resort!
