Hello Moms! Family of 4 planning a 2 week trip and want to stay at Port Orleans French Quarter. My question is, are the rooms going to be big enough to accommodate 3 grown women and a then to be 8 year old girl comfortably or should we get 2 separate rooms

    Hi there Vicky!

How exciting to be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort for 2 weeks!  Last November, three ladies and myself shared a Standard Guest Room at Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter and found the accommodations to be quite comfortable for our three night stay. The Guest Rooms are approximately 314 square feet and feature two queen beds or one king bed. Although having just one bathroom can sometimes be rather challenging when everyone wants to shower in the morning, I would personally choose to get one room rather than two in order to save money for dining and other vacation expenses. I suggest visiting the unofficial website allears.net to view their extensive photo gallery of Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter.

I hope this information is helpful in making the best decision for your travel party. Please don't hesitate to visit me again with any additional questions that you may have as your vacation draws closer. Best wishes for a magical trip, Vicky!

    Happy Planning,
    Jodie
