My family of 3 is planning on going to WDW this November over Thanksgiving week. My question is: I have heard that Disney gives Free Tickets to Volunteers. Does it have to be a particular field of volunteers or any? I work with March of Dimes. Retrievable?

    Hi Shelley,

I believe what you're referring to is Disney's "Give A Day, Get A Disney Day" promotion which occurred in 2010. During this promotion guests who volunteered at select charitable organizations could qualify for a free park admission ticket. Unfortunately, this program has ended and there are no more free tickets for volunteers.

However, I would like to personally thank you for your service. I have a family member with a medical condition that greatly benefited from the work of the March of Dimes. It's a wonderful organization and I appreciate your commitment.

Please let us know if you have other questions.
